- MMSA reimburses umpires for training costs after umping 3 games for the MMSA.
- Umpires are paid $35.00/game (U10, U12, U14) and $45.00/game (U16, U18).
- MMSA encourages a mentorship approach, meaning new umpires have ongoing support from experienced umpires.
- It is the perfect job for people who need flexibility for their own sports and studies.
- Umpires have a great community and have a lot of fun!!
